• Chikankari and Mukesh work are handcrafted. Minor variations in embroidery, threadwork, texture, placement and finish are natural characteristics of handcrafted products.

• Such natural variations are not considered defects.

• Product availability is subject to stock availability.

• We reserve the right to correct any errors in product descriptions, photographs, pricing or availability.

4. Product Prices

All prices displayed on our website are in Indian Rupees (₹) unless otherwise stated.

Prices may be changed from time to time without prior notice, subject to applicable law.

We make reasonable efforts to ensure that product prices are accurate. If an obvious pricing or listing error occurs, we reserve the right to cancel the affected order and inform the customer.

An order will be considered accepted once it has been processed and confirmed by us.

We reserve the right to cancel or refuse an order in circumstances including:

We currently offer delivery across India, subject to courier service availability.

Estimated delivery timelines are:

Hyderabad: Approximately 2–3 working days after dispatch.

Other states in India: Approximately 10–12 working days after dispatch.

These are estimated timelines and are not guaranteed delivery dates.

Delivery may take longer due to circumstances such as adverse weather conditions, heavy rainfall, natural events, public holidays, festivals, courier delays, transportation disruptions, remote locations or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

9. Returns & Exchanges

Royal Threads Of Chikanakri currently follows an Exchange Only policy.

We do not offer returns or refunds for change of mind, colour preference or size/fit issues.

Exchange requests must be raised within 24 hours of delivery.

Size exchanges are subject to availability and the product must meet the conditions specified in our Return & Exchange Policy.

For damaged, defective, incorrect or significantly different products, customers must contact us within 24 hours of delivery.

10. Unboxing Video

We strongly recommend that customers record a continuous unboxing video while opening their parcel.

For damaged, defective, incorrect or missing-item claims, an unboxing video can help us verify the condition of the package and product at the time of delivery.

Customers should also provide clear photographs and other relevant information when raising such a claim.
